A conversation with light and shapes.

This set of photographs are the record of my instinctive visuals and something that unfolds the playful elements in a space. I believe it has an illusion of ‘bending & flattening’ of how surprising shapes and patterns are created by shadows, it’s appearance has its own valid truth – how something that is normally bent when flattened presents a new face and how a thing that is flat when bent does the same. Light and shadow has great significance in my everyday life, I like to look for them, observe and investigate.
While investigating such visuals I observed a division of a particular space with the help of light falling on earth. Having been able to witness its subjectively perceptible variation and the constant change in the underlying shapes with the rotating Earth, I feel I am spotting something mysterious to my cognizance.
My inspiration lies in the daily observation of spatial elements in my vicinity.
It became apparent to me in the last few years that observing plays of light for prolonged periods and focusing on these phenomena make me feel both truly tranquil and unusually excited. I am immensely inquisitive about the spaces, which carry such lively dimensions. This resulted in the peculiar observation of the formation of various shapes and its extension in the space.
Random occurrences like this make me look at the frames more attentively, precisely, and frequently than before.
